I can’t recommend Adam at ATT enough. I didn’t know what to expect with private training but now I will never go back to a basic gym membership when the gyms open back up. I am experience realistic weight loss without the crash diets (yes I am still eating carbs.) Adam helps you find balance based on realistic goals that are actually sustainable. Adam is amazing! He is not like your typical trainer. He takes the time to listen to what your goals are not matter how big or small. He truly is interested in how your mindset is and what needs to be talked about and worked through to get you in a good headspace. He pushes you past the stopping point you set for yourself and every week and you always leave thinking wow did I really just do that?! He has kept me motivated and on track and has helped me not give up. I am truly grateful to have met him and even more so to have him train me!
I have worked with ATT Health and Wellness for 5 months now. Adam is an amazing coach. He doesn?t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Nor does he go for quick fixes. He takes the time to get to know you, your needs, your motivations, and your goals. He combines life coaching, nutrition, and physical training to help you set goals, identify roadblocks, change habits, and move forward. Adam has helped me make real progress over the last 5 months and experience major breakthroughs. I?m stronger emotionally, mentally, and physically. I?m also 40 pounds lighter so far! He?s a great cheerleader and motivator. He truly cares about his clients, knows what works, and has many ideas for changing things up to continue getting results.
